Pilih ayam ukuran kecil (aku pake small free-range chicken), ukuran boleh kecil tapi rasa justru jauh lebih enak daripada ayam ukuran besar (contohnya ayam suntikan). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dua hal mendasar pada Roasted Chicken adalah pelumuran (the rub) dan pengisian (the stuffing).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Trik pada pelumuran adalah garam, garam yang akan membuat daging ayam renyah dan membuat rasanya enak, lalu jika anda mau anda boleh tambahkan bumbu lainnya untuk menambah rasa. Simple namun efektif.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chicken Rub Recipe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- olive oil&lt;br /&gt;- garam&lt;br /&gt;- lada (aku pake black pepper, tp sesuai selera aja sih..)&lt;br /&gt;- lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Campur semua bahan secukupnya untuk melumuri ayam. &lt;br /&gt;Lumuri ayam di atas loyang dan pastikan tidak ada bagian yang tertinggal, the more the merrier. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stuffing Recipe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- lemon, belah dua dan potong kecil2&lt;br /&gt;- bawang putih, cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nantinya potongan2 lemon dan bawang putih ini bisa dimakan sebagai isi, yummm... That's why potongannya harus kecil2 biar gampang dimakan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Campur semua bahan di dalam mangkuk, lalu isikan ke dalam ayam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Cooking Instructions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven 170 C lalu panggang ayam (perut berada dibawah) selama 40 menit atau sampai ayam berwarna kecoklatan. Bersihkan daging dari urat-2 dan lemak-2nya. Potong tipis-tipis lebar menurut arah serat daging. Memarkan (aku gak ada alat pemukul daging, cara darurat pake gelas tahan banting aja ;p)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Blender jahe, garam, dan air jeruk nipis (diulek katanya lebih enak, tp males)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Cuci bersih ayam, keringkan dengan paper towels. Lapisi bagian bawah loyang dengan olive oil. Lumuri ayam dengan olive oil di atas loyang. Taburi ayam (bolak balik) dengan garam dan lada. Atur ayam bagian kulit di atas dan bagian ayam yg paling besar (bagian dada) berada di tengah loyang. Dan beri jarak satu sama lain&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 Panggang selama kurang lebih 30 menit dengan suhu 400°F/190°C. Kemudian angkat loyang, lumuri ayam dgn kecap tipis2 aja (kalo kebanyakan gk enak).
